Summary: Lovely hotel, great location. Nice and clean.. heating and aircon, nice big hot shower.. great value restaurants, close to really good supermarket.. nothing negative to say .. would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Summary: The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.

Summary: The room was “ok”. Loved the shower room and that it is separate from the toilet. But the room overall lacked a vibe. The staff were nice but kind of dismissive. They are working the restaurant in addition the front desk so the check in was kind of rushed. The walk to the train wasn’t too bad. I did prefer staying outside of the center of Amsterdam as it was a bit chill. I didn’t know our room would be right over the restaurant so the noise level was pretty loud until late evenings.
